Terms and Conditions – pkjili Online Gaming

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pkjili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and pkjili ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of pkjili — whether to browse, register, deposit, play, or withdraw — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using pkjili immediately. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a pkjili account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkjili does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pkjili or its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and are not operating the account on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from pkjili.

pkjili reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent these eligibility requirements is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration

You may only hold one pkjili account per person. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited. If pkjili identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with them may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID, a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines, and a working email address. pkjili will use this information for identity verification, communications, and processing withdrawals.

Account registration is free. pkjili does not charge any fee to open an account, and we will never ask you to pay for customer support.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your pkjili login credentials — username, password, and any linked mobile number — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family. pkjili staff will never ask you for your password in any communication channel.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pkjili support immediately. Until you report unauthorized access, pkjili cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from the use of your account credentials by a third party. We recommend enabling any additional security features made available on the platform, such as two-factor authentication.

5 Deposits

pkjili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposit amounts are in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100.

Deposits made to your pkjili account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. pkjili reserves the right to delay or reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

pkjili does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your provider before depositing if you are unsure.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals can be made to GCash, Maya, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and other supported channels, provided the receiving account is registered in your verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Before your first withdrawal, pkjili will require identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and, where applicable, a selfie. This process typically takes one to two business days. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are generally processed faster.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, wagering-compliant funds are eligible for withdrawal. pkjili reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

pkjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time the promotion is offered — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules applicable to all pkjili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Unmet bonus funds expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pkjili reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, reverse engineering offers, or coordinated betting — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

8 Gameplay Rules

Each game on pkjili — Pusoy, Tongits, Sabong, Bingo, football betting, volleyball betting — is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game only.

For sports betting markets on pkjili, settled results are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. pkjili reserves the right to void any bet where the event is abandoned, the odds were posted in error, or the outcome is subject to an official review. Voided bets are returned to your pkjili account at the original stake.

In the event of a technical error that affects gameplay — such as a disconnection during a card game hand or a live betting market that posts incorrect odds — pkjili's decision on the correct resolution is final. We aim to resolve technical disputes fairly and transparently.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkjili. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to pkjili support.
• Laundering money or using pkjili for any illegal financial transaction.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other players or pkjili staff.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkjili is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We provide tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Setting a self-exclusion means your account will be restricted from betting and deposit activity for the period you specify. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, pkjili will also make efforts to ensure you are not contacted with promotional material.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

pkjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any part of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account is involved in suspected money laundering or other financial crimes.
• You have been identified as a minor.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, pkjili may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting pkjili support. Any remaining real-money balance after wagering requirements are met will be refunded to your verified payment method.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on pkjili — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkjili or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use pkjili for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of pkjili's content without prior written permission from pkjili. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract information from the platform is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

pkjili provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and unexpected technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pkjili's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability. pkjili is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

14 Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, or bonus calculation on pkjili, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the event in question. pkjili will investigate the complaint and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

pkjili's decision on all gameplay disputes — including technical errors, disconnections, and incorrect odds — is final once communicated. For financial disputes, if you are not satisfied with pkjili's resolution, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. 15 Amendments to These Terms

pkjili may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of pkjili after any updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should stop using pkjili and request account closure.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory processes under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

pkjili operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulatory requirements. Player data is handled in accordance with Philippine data privacy law, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
