Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try logging in again. If the account remains locked or you believe it was locked in error, contact our support team at support@pkjili.best with your registered mobile number and full name and we'll sort it out quickly.

Log in to your pkjili account and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. You can request a change to your mobile number or email there. For mobile number changes, pkjili sends an OTP to the new number to confirm it's active and belongs to you. If you've already lost access to your old number, contact support@pkjili.best with a valid government ID to start an identity-verified update.

If you want to permanently close your pkjili account, contact support@pkjili.best from your registered email address. Include your full name, registered mobile number, and a brief reason for closure. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method before the account is closed, provided KYC is complete. Note that account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — see the Responsible Gaming section of this FAQ for details on temporary breaks.
